    This month, Michael Bublé's tenth anniversary edition of Let It Snow! topped Billboard's Adult Contemporary Charts. The album features arrangements by Thornton Jazz Studies Department Chair Jason Goldman and features several Thornton alumni including pianist Alan Chang , trumpeter Bryan Lipps and drummer Robert Perkins .

  • Thornton musicians bring holiday cheer to concerts across L.A. area

    Thornton faculty, alumni and students are bringing the holiday cheer to Los Angeles County this month and next through a multitude of holiday concerts.
    The USC Thornton Department of Choral and Sacred Music presents its annual Winter Gala , a special livestreamed event, Dec. 22 at 7 p.m. The New Hollywood String Quartet, featuring Thornton Strings Department faculty member Andrew Shulman, will host The Vienna Holiday Concerts Dec. 17-19 at The Huntington Library in San Marino.
