  • Shia LaBeouf's Attorney Denies FKA Twigs' Assault Allegations

    Shia LaBeouf's attorney, Shawn Holley, filed an answer last week to FKA Twigs ' lawsuit, denying assault allegations.
    The filing, received by Billboard , is routine in civil litigation, and states that the Disturbia actor “denies, generally and specifically, each and every allegation” made by FKA Twigs. The document also “denies that Plaintiff has sustained any injury or loss by reason of any act or omission on the part of Defendant, and denies that Plaintiff is entitled to any relief or damages whatsoever.”
